Our doulas encourage, reassure, support and empower you throughout active labor and delivery
Our doulas will provide suggestions for comfort measures, progression, breathing techniques and relaxation strategies
Our doulas provide physical support through massage, pressure points, temperature therapies and position changes
Our doulas have experience and knowledge of the physiological process of birth as well as interventions and medical procedures
Our doulas will work with the client to determine their preferences for labor and the desired environment
Our doulas will meet with clients face-to-face to ensure compatibility and personality fit
Our doulas are attuned to client's desires, needs and preferences and help ensure our clients have the birth they want
Our doulas ensure partner inclusion and encouragement and will act as a liason with medical staff, family and others
Our doulas provide soft advocacy and help clients advocate for themselves
Our doulas work with other members of a care team to provide a collaborative care experience
Our doulas work to mitigate conflict and support a peaceful environment for all to experience
Our doulas work to improve and impact the experience in a positive way, and are prepared to problem solve and navigate a change in the journey if necessary
