Full-Spectrum Doulas provide professional support for people going through any major life event or change. Doulas may specialize in one or many specific niche areas listed below, however Full-Spectrum Doulas are trained to provide mental, emotional and physical support for all.

  • Surgery and Recovery (hysterectomy, mastectomy, colposcopy, amputations, traumas, etc…)

Full-Spectrum Doulas provide the same high quality support for all clients, regardless of the circumstances, but tend to provide more care coordination services. The following list is an example of the support a doula may provide, but is not limited to:

  • Our doulas assist with making appointments and care coordination

  • Our doulas assist with general mobility

  • Our doulas help navigate paperwork and forms

  • Our doulas will provide emotional and mental support

  • Our doulas can help with transitioning to home

  • Our doulas may accompany client to appointments, including infusions and treatments

  • Our doulas may help advocate for clients desires

  • Our doulas may support home care plans (medication reminders, ROM and movement)

  • Our doulas also offer in-home visits and services including meal planning & prep, light house work, care of other family members and care of pets

  • Our doulas provide education and information and other resources

  • Our doulas work with you to personalize services that meet your needs

  • Our doulas can discuss goals and offer overnight support

  • Our doulas may provide light housekeeping and household errands

  • Our doulas are available by phone/text support to answer any questions

  • Our doulas help create a plan for other support providers (including family and friends)

Investment & packages

Packages: Custom

Starting Hourly Rate: $45.00

All full-spectrum doula support packages are custom based upon type of services.

A la carte hours and hourly packages may be purchased in quantities of 25, 50, 100, hour increments.

Packages must be paid for in advance of care, and small discounts given over large quantities.
